During the last twenty years the roofing industry has seen the development of a new roof system known as single-ply.
Manufactured from various chemicals, the composition of today's single-ply membranes vary widely. The products that we
have experience with are EPDM, Hypalon, TPO, and CPE. Most of these membranes can be ballasted, mechanically-attached, or fully-adhered. As
with built-up roofing, we only apply the single-ply membranes that we know have been time-tested and proven in the field.
